Radial. TR1B - pale buff sandy matrix; orange under-slip overall; red slip upper surface; polished upper, smoothed lower. Typical early TR. Reading:- DANN. 1. 2 adjoining BRW, overstamped. CONDITION - burnt as a sherd. This is one of the earliest stamps yet found at Sheepen.

Dannomaros supplied Haltern so is one of the earliest recorded potters. There are 3 different versions of the name.
