Church Field 1838 Burial TN Cam 56 783 1 Canterbury Museum, pre 1900 find.Found in 1838 while digging for gravel in Church Field where an extensive Roman cemetery was disturbed (Parfitt 1995, 1830). Browm, fine grained with blue grey surfaces. Stamped with a dotted St Andrew's cross.
